The Democratic Alliance said the
slow internet rate in the country is crippling economic growth and job
creation.
This as the report of the 2014 World
Economic Forum’s Global Information Technology was released.
The report showed that there has
been a decline in South Africa’s IT
infrastructure and the costs of internet connectivity.

James said we have seen a decline in business and that decline is very bad for
business and bad for growth and empowering citizens.
