Man suffering from abdominal pains evacuated from vessel

A man in his 20’s had to be evacuated from the Turkish Naval supply vessel following reports that he was suffering from adnominal pains off Port Elizabeth shore. 

National Sea Rescue Spokesperson Craig Lambinon said the man was rescued by the Transnet National Ports Authority. 

Lambinon said upon their arrival a man in his mid 20’s was taken aboard the NSRI.

Lambinon said a vessel accompanied by his ship stocker and supply officer they were brought to shore and an ambulance took him to hospital in a stable condition.

“It is believed that the man was suffering from abdominal pains Lambinon added.
