Netcare 911 paramedics late last responded
to an accident whereby a man was hit by a vehicle along Edendale road in Mbali.
Netcare 911 Spokesperson Chris Botha said when
they arrived at the scene they found that a man lying on the road way with life
threatening injuries.
“They tried to resuscitate the man for
quite some time, but tragically he was declared dead at the scene.” Botha added.
Exact details to the cause of the accident
and preceding events will remain the subject for police investigation.
