Western Cape Minister to visit youth holiday programmes

Western Cape Minister of Community safety Dan Plato will be visiting youth holiday programmes which are aimed specifically at increasing safety through implementing targeted anti-social behaviour and youth initiatives in partnership with religious fraternity of the province.

The youth will partake in activities such as life skills workshops on cultivating positive values and taking ownership responsibility over their own lives.

Spokesperson for Minister Dan Plato Ewald Botha said the youth safety and religion partnership programme is a flagship initiative of the Department of Community safety.

“Minister will visit the Macassat Jesusbende during their youth activities Botha added.
