MEC Madikizela offered houses to four beneficiaries in Rondevlei

Western Cape MEC of Human Settlement Bonginkosi Madikizela on Friday handed over houses to four beneficiaries of the Rondevlei People’s Housing Project in Lavender Hill. 

The project when complete will consist of 225 houses and it will cost R35 million.  One couple who received a house on Friday had been waiting for more two decades. 

MEC Madikizela said what’s exciting about this is that it is led by women as we all know that this women’s month and we celebrating everything good done by women.

“We are now ready for the first phase of 54 units.” Madikizela added.
