Western Cape police are searching for two suspects who are believed to be able to assist police in their investigation of a house robbery which took place in Great-Brak River.

Meanwhile a 46-year-old man was arrested for the house robbery and the brutal attack of the owner of the house.

Captain Malcom Pojie said they also confiscated money for almost half the value of those items taken from the victim’s house.

Pojie said the victim is still recovering in a hospital in Mossel Bay after she sustained a wound to the neck.

“We are still appealing to the public to assist us with the tracing of another suspect who was involved in the incident.” Pojie added.
