A 34-year-old biker died in an accident in Durban

ER24 paramedics rushed to an accident after a man lost control of his motorbike on the M7 near the Northdene off ramp in Durban. It is believed the driver lost control of his motorbike causing him to crash.

Paramedics Spokesperson Russel Meiring said when they arrived on scene, they found the motionless body of the biker lying in the slow lane of the highway. The patient’s motorbike lay 20 metres away on the embankment.

“Paramedics assessed the patients, finding that he had already succumbed to his multiple injuries.” Meiring added.

Exact details to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
