Livhuwani Mammburu said the union will fight to make sure that these
retrenchments do not happen.
Mammburu said we have written a
letter to the Department of Mineral Resources objecting to the company getting
additional mining rights.
“As the NUM we will not be part of
the retrenchment process and we will not be forced to agree to the retrenchment
happening at the mine” Mammburu added.
