Police in Hartswater are investigating an
accident which left 15 people dead. This
is after a bakkie which was fully loaded with passengers collided with a
taxi.
The driver of the taxi a 59-year-old man
has been arrested and charged with culpable homicide.
Lieutenant Olebogeng Tawana said a bakkie collided
with the Taxi on the N18 on Saturday. 16 people were declared dead.
The suspect is due today to appear before
the Hartswater Magistrates’ Court.
