Protest action underway in Kraaifontein

Western Cape Traffic Authorities are warning motorists that there is protest action on the N1 coming from the Engine garage towards Kraaifontein. 

Western Cape Traffic Chief Kenny Africa said the motive for the protest is unknown at this stage however the first turn-off ramp towards Kraaifontein is closed to motorist due to the protest. 

Africa said especially motorists that are coming from Paarl towards Kaaifontein need to be careful due to the protest action.

“We are advising motorists on that route to please use alternative routes” Africa added.
