those suppliers who food items have been contaminated.
Mhlanga said as the department we are very
concerned about these reports because it indicates that the food being given to
the learners is not of good quality that we expect from the suppliers.
“We cannot comprise under any circumstances
the lives of children and we feel that we need to take urgent steps to address
the situation” Mhlanga added.
