ANC concerned over delay of matric results in the WC

The African National Congress in the Western Cape has raised its concerns regarding the provincial department of education releasing its matric results late afternoon tomorrow rather in the morning, to check for any errors.

ANC Spokesperson on education Theo Olivier said why the province is not following the national call in releasing the results early in the morning like all the other provinces.

Olivier said we understand if they want to look at errors but they should do it immediately after Minister Motshekga has announced those results.
“I think that this is our biggest concern as the ANC in the Western Cape as the province seems to be moving in their own direction, instead of following the national call of releasing the results early.” Olivier added.
