Fall leaves a Johannesburg man dead

A man died late last night after he fell and hit his head in Leyds Street, Johannesburg. 

The exact details to the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation. 

ER24 Spokesperson Chitra Bodasing said: “When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene the man had already been removed from the trench. He was lying on the side of the trench.”

Bodading continues to say: “The man was assessed, unfortunately he was declared dead.”
