Four people died and five
sustained minor to moderate injuries in a head on collision in Hendrina on the
N11 in Mpumalanga.

Bodasing said ER24 paramedics and other services arrived on scene, about 30km
from Middelburg, and found four people entrapped in the vehicles.
Bodasing said unfortunately
the people, among them a child, had already succumbed to their injuries.
Bodasing said the other
patients were assessed and treated before being transported to hospital.
