Three suspects arrested for business robbery at Cape Town CDB

Three suspects aged between 34 and 37-years-old have been arrested for business robbery of a cellular shop at the Cape Town CBD.
The suspects stole an undisclosed amount of money and cellular phones.

Police Spokesperson Colonel Tembinkosi Kinana said some of the suspects are believed to have been dressed in police uniform and carrying two firearms.

He said that according to the information they received four armed suspects entered the cellular shop at the corners of Long and Strand Street and robbed the owners and clients at gun point.

“The arrested suspects will remain in police custody as the police continue with the investigation and once charged they are expected to appear in the Cape Town Magistrate Court.” Kinana added.
