Another Youth Café launched in George

Jaimie-faith Poonah 17 April 2015

Western Cape MEC of Social Development Albert Fritz on Thursday launched the third Youth Café in George.

The Café will offer entrepreneurial, leadership and skills training course.

MEC Fritz said the space will play a pivotal role in providing a socially inclusive and enabling environment for the youth in the area.

The two other Cafés are in Mitchell’s Plain and Athlone.

MEC Fritz said we are also very excited that it will create a lot of opportunities in training and in entrepreneurship but also in jobs for young people that will be taking part in the Youth Café Programme.

MEC Fritz said we are going to support the George community to continue to roll out the opportunities for young people so that they can have future in, not only the province but in South Africa.
