A man has been killed after
being hit by a train near Mariannhill.
Paramedics from KZN Emergency
Medical Services and a private ambulance service have attended to the incident,
which occurred between the Mariannhill and Klaarwater train stations this
morning.
When medics arrived on scene
they found that sadly the man, estimated to be in his twenties had already
passed away and he sadly was declared dead.

Services of KwaZulu - Natal Department of Health Robert Mckenzie said
The police are investigating
the incident.
