A woman believed to be
34-years-old died after she lost control of the vehicle she was driving and hit
a chevron board on Hendrik Verwoerd Drive in Centurion.
The exact cause of the incident is unknown,
however authorities were on scene for further investigations.
ER24 spokesperson Chitra Bodasing says ER24
paramedics and other services arrived on scene and found that the woman had
sustained multiple injuries.
Pramedics tried to resuscitate
her and advanced life support treatment was also provided, unfortunately the
woman succumbed to her injuries.
Meanwhile, six people were
injured in a collision between a bakkie and a car on Midlands Road, in Roodepan
Pescodia in Kimberly late last night.

Bodasing said among the six people was a boy believed to be three-years-old.
Bodasing says when ER24 paramedics and other
services arrived on scene they found the car against a drain next to the road.
The bakkie was still on the
road and paramedics assessed the patients. Injuries range from moderate to
serious.
The patients were treated and
transported to local hospital for further medical care. The exact cause of the collision
is unknown however authorities were on scene for further investigations.
