Computer laboratory launched at Radipeu Primary Farm School on Thursday

The Deputy Minister of Telecommunications and Postal services, Professor Hlengiwe Mkhize along with one of the Department’s delivery arms, Sentech launched a computer laboratory at Radipeu Primary Farm School on Thursday.


Amongst key guests, the launch was attended by the acting local district municipality mayor Khulu Malindi, parents and community members.


The Deputy Minister’s address was anchored around the International World Telecommunication and Information Society Day.


Mkhize said they have a chance of learning to be innovative and creative like any other child at their age, irrespective of where they are.


Mkhize said it was very fulfilling to see those faces smile and faces of young people and it was also touching, the presence of parents.
