A collision on the R59 leaves a mother and her two children injured

A mother and her two children were injured in a collision between a car and bakkie on the R59 in the Randvaal are earlier today.

ER24’s Chitra Bodasing said when ER24 paramedics and other services arrived on scene they found the woman and a boy, believed to be 10 years old, in the car.

Bodasing said a girl believed to be 17 years old was standing next to the car.

“They were assessed and found to have sustained moderate injuries. They were treated and transported to hospital for further medical care.” Bodasing added.


The exact details surrounding the cause of the incident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
