COPE said ANC is trying to trick Cape Townians on the use of taxpayer’s money

The Congress of the People reiterates its opposition to President Zuma’s use of taxpayers’ money.

COPE also announced that they believe Gwede Mantashe is trying to trick Cape Townians into believing he cares about where taxpayer money goes.

COPE Spokesperson Dennis Bloem said it is the very same Gwede Mantashe and the ANC that has said the president will not pay a cent because he had not asked for the upgrades.

Bloem added that now the president wants to pretend that he is against the upgrading.

“He thinks that the people are fools, people have already seen through the tricks of the ANC.” Bloem concluded.
