The Inkatha Freedom Party in KwaZulu Natal says it is concerned by the budget not being spent on what it’s allocated for.

IFP leader in the provincial legislature, Blessed Gwala said under spending must be declared a crime against the poor.

This is after provincial government allegedly underspent its 2014/15 budget of R97.8 billion by R422 million during the past financial year.

Gwala said the IFP is against what the provincial government has done to under spend by 420million while the very same province is under thrash through poverty.

He said we are against that and we can see that the people who are running this provincial government are incompetent of doing so.
