Two
people were injured and one person died during an accident on the N4, near
Solomon Mahlangu drive in Equestria, Pretoria

Steinmann said, “Upon their arrival at the scene they found that a mini bus and
motor vehicle had collided head on, resulting in the male driver of the motor
vehicle tragically loosing his life.”
Steinmann added that, “A woman
and her daughter travelling in the mini bus sustained injuries ranging from
serious to critical and after receiving treatment at the scene, both patients
were transported to hospital for further medical care.”
Steinmann said exact details
surrounding the cause of the head on collision and preceding events are still
unclear and will remain the subject of a police investigation.
