The Congress of South African Trade Union in the North West has welcomed the High Court ruling on a case of a farm worker, who was brutally killed by a farm in 2012.

COSATU’s North West Provincial Secretary, Solly Phetoe says justice was delivered to the family of the late Bakang Moleka in Vryburg today.

He says that the two murderers were found guilty and will be sentenced on Thursday at the North West High Court.

“We have been supporting that strike for some time and we are in support of the family members, we are very happy that now the justice has taken its course, we are happy that the court after three and a half years has found the perpetrators guilty and what we expecting tomorrow is that, a clear message must go out there in public that whether you have money or not, it does not mean that you are above the law.” Phetoe says.
