WC Culture Affairs and Sport MEC handed over soccer balls in Khayelitsha

Today, Western Cape MEC of Cultural Affairs and Sport, Anroux Marais handed over soccer balls to teams participating in the Khayelitsha community club matches scheduled for the day.

Spokesperson for the MEC Stacey McLean says “Engagements on sporting activities in communities enable the department to better provide assistance for specific developmental needs in order to promote a socially inclusive, creative, active and connected Western Cape.”

That is why Minister Marais today handed over soccer balls to teams participating in Khayelitsha club matches scheduled for the day, she concluded.
