WC MEC of Cultural Affairs and Sport to hand over sporting facilities

Western Cape MEC of Cultural Affairs and Sport Anroux Marais will today officially hand over sporting facilities to the communities of Ashton and Bonnievale in the Langeberg Municipality.

The department said that it had allocated R500 000 in the 2014/2015 financial period for the brand new facilities.

“These facilities will indeed assist us in releasing our departmental mission to encourage excellence  and inclusivity in sports and culture through efficient use of our resources and create a partnership.” Ministerial spokesperson Stacy McLean explains . . .
