Police still looking for Claremont Mall armed robbery suspects

Officials say the men ransacked the Trigg Jewellery outlet before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of merchandise.

This is the second hit on the Cavendish store in five months.

The police’s Frederick van Wyk said
“We can confirm that we have opened a business robbery case after it has been reported that yesterday morning at about 11:30am that 4 unidentified armed suspects robbed a jewellery shop in a shopping mall in Claremont.”

 He says the suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of jewellery.
