COSATU’s planning to have a provincial March in solidarity

The economy of the province will come to complete halt as thousands of workers join a protest march to the management of umbhaba estate management and the infringement of the right of workers to join a trade union of their choice.

COSATU Mpumalanga Provincial Secretary Fidel Mlombo says…“This workers have been on strike since the 4th of November 2016 and the reason for the strike is that they are demanding to exercise their constitutional rights joined a trade union of their choice.”

“So COSATU has called for the provincial strike on the 29th and the strategy of the provincial strike.”

“We will be marching to the employer to deliver a memorandum in solidirate with the striking workers.”

“We request all the community member in around Mpumalanga to  join the process march”
