Chairperson Bernard Joseph said that Allister Coetzee would be the right choice
to take the Springboks forward, however if he gets to pick his team and design
his own blueprint for the future of the Springboks.
“Allister
Coetzee has the capability to transform South African rugby in terms of his
coaching”, Said Bernard Joseph.
“During
his days as a coach at Western Province, the whole Western Province team was
transformed in such a way that South Africans got involved in Western Province
in terms of rugby players as well as coloured people”, He said.
“The
only thing that can happen and can really build the interest in South African
rugby is when people that have the capabilities , will be able to transform
South African rugby”, said Joseph.
