De Lille vies for another term as CT Mayor

Cape Town mayor Patricia de Lille is confident that the DA is working hard to get party leader Mmusi Maimane into the Union Buildings in 2019.

De Lille addressed supporters at the provincial launch of the DA’s election campaign in Mitchells Plain.

She’s vying for another five years in office and Maimane encouraged voters to
support her.

De Lille says the local government elections will be a stepping stone to getting Maimane elected as president.

Patricia De Lille said “We have done so many redress projects in this city … that's what the rest of the country will get if they vote DA. A South Africa led by the DA, a South Africa by Mmusi Maimane."
