Two women shot in Durban this morning

Two women sustained serious injuries when they were shot in Pinetown, Durban during the early hours of this morning. Both women were treated and stabilised on scene before being transported to hospital. The exact circumstances surrounding the incident is not yet known.

 “ER24 arrived on Dale Street in Pinetown where they found the two injured women”, said Werner Vermaak, ER24 Spokesperson.

 “A woman, believed to be 29 years old, was found with a gunshot wound to her neck”, said Vermaak.


“Another woman, believed to be 21 years old, was found a few meters away with a gunshot wound to her leg”, added Vermaak.
