Midvaal Mayor Bongani Baloyi says the perception that the Democratic Alliance spends less in poorer communities is not true.

Baloyi was one of the panelists speaking at a special 702 elections broadcast in Meyerton yesterday. Leaders in the Midvaal from the DA, African National Congress, Economic Freedom Fighters and Freedom Front Plus presented their manifestos for the upcoming local government elections.

Baloyi says as the youngest mayor in the country, he has a lot to offer, but ANC Emfuleni Mayor Simon Mofokeng says the DA’s service delivery is skewed in favour of affluent areas.
