Popular long street club to donate it’s taking to family of murdered doorman

Beerhouse operations manager Murray Slater says Popular Long Street doorman, Joe Kanyona, will be remembered this week, a year after he was murdered in cold blood.

Slater has told reporters today, that Beerhouse is donating every cent of sales to Joe's Legacy fund which assists his family.

 They are hoping to raise at least R40, 000 through various fundraisers.

Three men have been charged with Kanyona’s fatal stabbing at the Cape Town pub a year ago.
