Case of SABC former employees will be handed down in Johannesburg on Tuesday

Trade union Solidarity said in a statement Judgment in the case of the four dismissed SABC employees will now be handed down in the Labour Court in Johannesburg on Tomorrow.

Solidarity chief executive Dirk Hermann told Journalist that it will be handed down at 10:00 am at the Labour Court in Johannesburg.

He said the judgment will be handed down by a colleague of Judge Robert Lagrange.

Judge Lagrange previously said in proceedings on Friday that he would provisionally hand down judgment today, or in Cape Town tomorrow.

 On this morning, the union was told the judgment would be handed down in Cape Town tomorrow.


This has now, however, been changed.
