ANCYL supports Motsoeneng

The ANC Youth League is fully behind SABC COO, Hlaudi Motsoeneng. This was made evident during a press briefing in Johannesburg following the youth league's two-day national executive committee meeting.

Last week, the Supreme Court of Appeal dismissed Motsoeneng's bid for leave to appeal against a Western Cape High Court ruling that set aside his permanent appointment as the COO of the SABC.

The league's spokesperson, Mlondi Mkhize says they respect the SCA's ruling but adds that the SABC performed well under Motsoeneng's leadership and therefore they remain his supporters.
