Brother of man who died in police custody want to take action.

According to reports the brother of Nadeem Khan who died in police custody says he intends taking action, as he believes his brothers arrest was unlawful.

Khan was arrested in Rondebosch last week on suspicion of selling a stolen cell phone.

He was declared dead when they arrived at the local police station.

His family says he was trying to sell his own phone when he was arrested.

The cause of Khan's death is still unknown.
