07 November 2016

Tomorrow the Western Cape Minister of Health, Dr Nomafrench Mbombo, will visit Tygerberg Hospital as part of the Department’s commemoration of quality month.

During the visit, the Minister will conduct patient surveys measuring the quality of services provided at the facility.

This annual survey is set to take place in facilities throughout the province during the month of November.

The survey is an essential indicator for measuring clients’ perceptions of services provided by the Department and is crucial to driving the province’s health system towards the Western Cape government’s vision of patient centred care.
