Renowned Mouth-Painting artist to host fun day in Khayelitsha with MEC Fritz

According the Western Cape government, today as part of their ongoing commemoration of Disability Awareness Month, the Western Cape MEC for Social Development, Albert Fritz, will host a paint and arts fun day for 19 children with disabilities in Khayelitsha.

The fun day will be held at the Sibongile Day & Night Care Centre, an ECD centre and home for children with physical and intellectual disabilities, funded by the Department.


MEC Fritz will be joined by renowned quadriplegic mouth-painter, Mr. Brenton Swartz, from the Andries Olivier Quadriplegic Centre, who will host a mouth painting demonstration and lesson for the children and MEC Fritz.
