Sexual charges against Pastor withdrawn

Yesterday, a pastor from Mooreesburg, allegedly sexually molested a four year old girl for the second time in the past 5 months. He was arrested after being accused of raping and molesting the girl five months ago. He was to appear in court Monday 7 October.

The State yesterday, withdrew the charges against the pastor which left the family of the four year old girl devastated. The pastor was scheduled to appear in the Mooreesburg Magistrates Court yesterday following his arrest. According to IOL the toddler’s mother who will not be named said she became worried when his name was not on the court roll yesterday. She added when he was supposed to appear, the prosecutor said there was not sufficient evidence to prosecute the man.
