11 Arrested in Khayelitsha Shooting Spree

 

11 Suspects were arrested this Morning at a Hotel in Sea Point, this follows the mass shooting that took place at Site B in Khayelitsha this past Saturday

The Mass Shooting has claimed the lives of 13 People,and has left 5 wounded

According to Police Brigadier Novela Potelwa the Suspects were apprehended at 3am this Morning,

She has also confirmed that the area has a high Police since the Shooting Spree

Police Minister Bheki Cele has welcomed the multiple arrests saying that the apprehension would not have been possible if it wasn’t for the added resources that were pumped into the Western Cape

Western Cape Acting Provincial Commissioner Major General Thembisile Patekile has expressed appreciation for relentless efforts of the team.
