Business man saved by iPhone from a deadly shot

 On Thursday night Durban businessman and owner of Max’s Lifestyle, Max Mqadi, was shot and wounded by unknown people.

According to Police spokesperson Jay Naicker he sustained two gunshot wounds. Mqadi’s life was apparently saved by his iPhone12, the bullet couldn't penetrate into his head as he was taking a phone call, when the shooting happened.

A manhunt for two men who allegedly fired shots four times, as he was getting into his car after closing the popular shisanyama in uMlazi, south of Durban.

Naicker says police have opened a case of attempted murder.
