Western Cape police made a breakthrough when they arrested a suspect in connection with the five murders in Endlovini.
The police’s Novela Potelwa said that officers embarked on
a tracing operation that led them to a home in Khayelitsha.
‘’The suspect, will be facing murder charges linked to an
incident where five people were shot and killed in New Monwabisi Park in
Endlovini. He is expected to appear in the Khayelitsha Magistrate’s court on
Wednesday, 13 April 2022,’’ said Brigadier Novela Potelwa.
Potelwa says more arrests are imminent.
‘’As part of the ongoing investigations into the murders,
police are on the heels of other known suspects allegedly linked to the
incident that occurred in the early hours of Monday, 14 March 2022.’’
