Belhar police are seeking the assistance of the public to locate Filicity Fillies.
PHOTO - SAPS: Filicity FilliesIt’s understood that Fillies left her place to visit a
friend in Manenberg on Wednesday, at about 09:20.
‘’She was wearing a black jacket, navy blue velvet pants
and black and white running shoes. She made contact with her husband later that
day to say she arrived safely at her destination, and has since not been seen,’’
said Sergeant Wesley Twigg.
Anyone who can assist with the investigation or know the
whereabouts of the missing person is kindly requested to contact Crime Stop on
