Mitchells Plain police are investigating the discovery of two bodies on Strandfontein beach. Police spokesperson Joseph Swartbooi said officers made the discovery on Saturday morning, around 7.15am near Mnandi Beach, the bodies were found covered in white sheets
According to medical personnel
the victims, a male and female were found with gunshot wounds to their bodies
and were declared dead on scene.
“The unknown suspect/s who
fled the scene is yet to be arrested. Mitchells Plain police are investigating
two counts of murder,” said Swartbooi.
