Western Cape police arrested two men after they were connected to the murder of a four-year-old girl in Paarl. This is after Tamia Botha's family reported her missing at the Paarl East Police Station on Sunday.
The
little girl's body was found among bushes on a school field the following day. Tamia
is one of four children found murdered in the Western Cape between last
Thursday and this past Monday. The suspects have not yet appeared
in court.
Meanwhile
Captain FC van Wyk, confirmed a body that was found in a bush in Siqalo in Phillipi has been identified as that of eight-year-old Lukhololwam
Mkontwana, who went missing last week. The death of the boy came after his
mother received a call from people demanding a ransom for the safe return of
her son, but she could not afford to pay it.
