Western Cape police arrested two suspects in connection with a triple murder that occurred in Makhaza, Harare, last Monday.
The trio were gunned down and killed in cold blood in
Simpiwe Street Makhaza while two others sustained gunshot wounds.
‘’SAPS initiated an intensive investigation which paid off
when members of Khayelitsha Murder and Robbery Unit and Crime Intelligence
arrested the two suspects aged 32 and 26 this afternoon,’’ said Colonel Andrè
Traut.
The suspects are scheduled to appear in the Khayelitsha
Magistrates court on Monday to face charges of murder, attempted murder and possession
of an unlicensed firearm.
