An unknown off duty paramedic worked to keep Tatum alive until emergency services arrived on scene. She was transported to hospital along with the other pedestrian as well as the driver who needed to be cut out of the vehicle.

Ward Councillor, Angus Mckenzie, wants the drunk driver to face the full might of the law

‘’Our deepest sympathy goes out to the family and close friends after she was declared dead before 2am this [Monday] morning. The actions of the driver cannot go unpunished. This behavior has caused great pain for the family, friends and greater community.’’
