information is requested to contact Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or use the mobile
application My SAPS.
Meanwhile, the Western Cape’s Police Oversight &
Community Safety MEC, Reagen Allen, has condemned the incident.
‘’The mass killing incident in Bishop Lavis is deeply
disturbing… The Law Enforcement Advancement Plan (LEAP) officers are
also deployed in the area, & both entities along with all other law
enforcement agencies should leave no stone unturned.’’
‘’These ruthless criminals do not belong in any of our
communities. Those who committed this atrocity belong behind bars. As SAPS is
investigating, I urge those who might have information about this incident to
report it to any of the law enforcement agencies,’’ he added.
