Man arrested in Tshwane for causing an accident and running away from crime scene

A man who allegedly caused an accident and left three children dead and four other people injured was arrested in Salvakop, Tshwane, on Saturday.

The suspect was driving his brother’s car on high speed, when he hit seven people including three children aged between four and six years who were certified dead at the scene.

Others four pedestrians were taken to a medical facility and when police arrived the driver was not in the crime scene.

Police opened a case of reckless driving against the suspect and defeating the ends of justice and people who have information that can help find the suspect can call the nearest police station or Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
