Firefighters are battling a blaze in Victoria Road, Salt River, where a store caught alight on Tuesday afternoon.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this stage, but it is
understood the fire started just after 14:00, when the electricity came back
on, due to load shedding in the area.

The road has since been closed between Victoria and Milner
road and motorists are being diverted via Roodebloem Road.
